After opening this delightful shop in lockdown. Mandy had gone through a lot more than anyone, she has come out the other side, stronger and more determined to make Not Just Veg an award winning produce shop! Oh wait she has done that (see above silver award winning retailer), and now has re-modeled the shop, knocking down the interior wall to make a more open, flowing layout.
